Karen O’Bryan has been employed as a Research and Training Specialist with the Division of Victim Services and Criminal Justice Programs since August 2002 and with the Office of the Attorney General since February 1997.  She represents the Office of the Attorney General in the area of victim services training statewide.  In addition, she works to promote all training programs provided by the Attorney General’s Office, Florida Crime Prevention Training Institute (FCPTI).  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Gulf Coast University, Magna Cum Laude, in April, 2008 and plans to work on her Masters Degree in Forensic Psychology in 2009.

Our original guest, Richard R. Nuss, could not attend and Karen O'Bryan spoke on Crime Prevention Issues from the State Level.
